Well Done Marketing

Well Done Marketing has been part of the Indianapolis advertising community for nearly 20 years. And while we’ve tweaked our brand’s look and feel over time, we never went all in on a rebrand…until 2023. It was the right moment: Not only had the agency grown to become truly “full service,” we’d also cultivated a vibe unapologetically focused on humanity, empathy, and proudly standing for clients and causes we believe in. With that spirit, we created a fresh, modern brand celebrating uniqueness and individualism—but also inclusion and community. And we did it while paying homage to the original brand that shaped who we are today.

My role in this rebrand was that of a designer and the photographer. Over the course of 3 months me and my team strategized and put systems in place. We built walls sticky notes filled with sketches and ideas. Along with the rebrand some of the specific items that I built, that made it into the brand. Are all the swag items, like the clothing and stickers. Also, I collaborated with another designer to build and finalize our the badge illustration system. I used the rebrand as a opportunity to develop professionally and try some new skills, these skills being type. I developed our internal display typeface “Lockerbie”
